BERNIE MCDONNELL
CHAIRMAN
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
As the Membership Chairman of our Moose Association, I am aware that our membership numbers have been declining recently. This is a concern for all of us, as a strong and active membership is essential to the success and longevity of our organization. We must take action to address this issue and ensure that our membership numbers are not only stabilized, but also grow in the coming weeks, months and years to come.
One of the biggest challenges we face is retaining our current members. We must work to make sure that every member feels valued and included in our Lodges. This can be achieved through strong personal connections, improving our events, communication, and other programs to meet the needs of our members. We also encourage members to get involved and participate in our events, committees, and volunteer opportunities to help create a more connected and active community.
In addition to retaining our current members, we must also focus on signing up new members. Our Fraternity offers many benefits and opportunities for individuals and families, and we believe that there are many people who would greatly benefit from becoming a part of our Moose family. We are utilizing various marketing and outreach strategies to reach new potential members, and we are confident that with the right approach, we will be able to bring in new members and grow our membership numbers.
Finally, it is important to acknowledge that declining membership is a common issue for many organizations, and that it is a complex problem with no simple solution. However, by focusing on retention and outreach, and by continually improving our programs and services, I am confident that we will be able to overcome this challenge and ensure the long-term success of our Association.
